I am so glad you're here!
Hello! I am Nicole, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). I have been working in the wellness field since 2006. As an E-RYT, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, I integrate my background as a yoga and meditation teacher into my clinical work, offering clients a holistic and grounded approach.
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman, I am especially passionate about supporting individuals with ADHD. I have also lived abroad and value working with immigrant communities. A proud social worker, I do my best to keep equity and justice at the center of my practice. My style is direct, compassionate, and humanistic—often eclectic, with humor woven in. I curate each session to my clients’ needs, drawing from EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, somatic techniques, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Guided by my core value of lifelong learning, I continually seek new knowledge and tools to best serve those whom I work with. I provides therapy services to individuals and groups, 18 and older. In 2026, I will be offering therapeutic ADHD assessments, and Neurodivergent-affirming DBT groups, and more!
In my free time, you can find me creating adventures as a proud full time single mother of two amazing neurosparkly kids. We enjoy crafting, being outside, reading banned books, watching movies & local theatre, traveling, hanging out with our therapy dog in training, Wanda, and laughing as much as possible. Additionally, I enjoy creating mental health content at @yourneurospicyneighbor, running DSM RAGE CLUB, teaching yoga, and more.
As an advocate for de-centering the importance of romantic relationships, and promoting love in all spaces, I call myself lucky to spend my free time with an amazing circle of inspiring, like-minded friends who promote equity, self-compassion and justice in our community.
